I am a FIRM believer in practicing what you preach, and leading by example. For this reason, I am currently weighing 242. That is 17 pounds more than my comfortable weight. I put on this weight so that I may embark on a weight loss journey along side everyone struggling to lose weight. I will be following the same programming philosophies as the programs I write for my clients and will be following the same nutritional guidelines I provide. No supplements, no crazy diets, just hard work and healthy food choices.
