When I was younger I was always the skinny girl. I ate what ever I wanted, when I wanted. I would always stay the same weight. When I got married and had my 1st daughter at the age of 24 I had gained 45ish lbs during my pregnancy. After she was born I only lost about half of that weight. From that point on my weight fluctuated. When I was pregnant with my second daughter at the age of 28 I only gained 25ish lbs during my pregnancy. This weight was the most I had ever weighed in my life. After she was born I could not get the weight off. When my baby girl was 2 I did manage to get the weight off by going to a weight doctor and taking some pills. (Obviously not the right way). I felt great!! I had gotten down close to my pre-pregnancy weight with my 1st daughter. So I stopped treatment. Guess what??? The weight plus some came back over a couple years. I have tried all kinds of diets. They would work for a little while. I would lose weight..but it would always come back. I was miserable for years from that point on. A few years ago my place of employment started a new program that encouraged employees to take better care of themselves. So I was talking to coworker that was doing this program. She was telling me about her trainer Cesar. So she talked to him about me and said he would love to train me. So I signed up. Thanks Anita! In the beginning it was HARD. Cesar pushed me to limits I had never been to before. I have never been someone that worked out. The only gym I had ever been to was with my husband at his place of employment. During those early days of working out with Cesar I legitimately thought I was going to die. Who am I kidding...there are days I still feel like that. But I didn’t and Cesar keeps pushing. I would lose a little bit of weight but not enough for me to notice. But my body did feel different. I felt stronger and more energized than I had in a long time. Cesar also talked to me about nutrition and how important it was. In the beginning of my journey with Cesar he had asked me to log my foods. He told me that I really wasn’t eating that bad. So trying to figure out what was causing me not to loose weight was frustrating. But he also showed me that I didn’t have to starve myself. I could still eat the things I love. But in moderation. In January 2018 I had surgery and was unable to work out for 3 months. I also was unable to work for about a month. During this time I had gained more weight. I had gotten to the highest weight I had ever been in my whole life. Even during both of my pregnancies. In April 2018 I had had enough. I was going to lose this weight. I really didn’t change the foods I was eating. I just changed how much I was eating of it and started to be more conscientious of when I was eating. And also somethings changed with my job duties that I was able to achieve this way of eating. This helped tremendously. So between my healthier eating habits and Cesar working me to my limits I have lost 45 lbs since April of 2018. This is a huge accomplishment. I know I could have not done it without him pushing me and encouraging me along the way. He is not only my trainer, he has become my friend. He truly cares about your success. And he gets more excited about meeting goals than I do. Lol. I am so glad that I made that decision to sign up. As I start my 4th year training with Cesar, I am excited to see what limit he will push me to. I am not stressed about losing weight like I have been all these years. It is just a bonus from here. Thank you Cesar for believing in me. #45lbslost #45yearsold Beth F.
I started my journey to a healthy life style change about 2 years ago with Cesar Ponce. I was skeptical when I first started out, having doubts in myself. Cesar was alway there to lift me and push me to give my all no matter how bad I wanted to quit. He is there to not only teach you healthy lifestyle changes but he's also there supporting you through those tough times of long plateaus that we all encounter during weight loss. He makes sure to lift you up so he can help carry you through them. If you're looking for someone that knows physical fitness and how to get you set on a healthy lifestyle change, look no further than Cesar Ponce and Soaring Eagle Fitness. I'm down 90 + pounds depending on the day with the support of this man. Not quite to my goal yet but I am headed in the right direction thanks to him. This is one decision you won't regret.
193. That is my number. Not my favorite number or my lucky number but my number of determination. Unfortunately, I had gotten extremely uncomfortable in my own skin. I've always been the outgoing fun loving type but once I started gaining weight I clammed up in my shell. None of my clothes fit good or even looked good anymore (so I thought). Ask anyone else and they would say "No, she was never fat". Well, that isn't how I felt and it was time for a change! It wasn't for anyone else- I needed it! Many people don't believe it but the mind is the most powerful part of your body, it literally controls every aspect- positive or negative. When life "happened" (we all know what that's like, right?) I lost myself and sadly became negative. That reflected in my weight. I was overweight, unhealthy and ultimately unhappy. If you are reading this thinking "Yeah, I totally know what she's talking about, that's me" then do what I did; CHOOSE TO DO BETTER! In January of 2016 I joined Champion Fitness in Muskogee where I met Cesar and he became my personal trainer. He taught me which foods to avoid and which foods to consume to get optimal results in the workout plan he created specifically for my personal goals! Optimal results is what I got! Every day I look in the mirror I get to feel accomplished and proud of all of my hard work. When I go shopping I get to fit back into those size 6 jeans and small shirts- now, that is the best feeling! I have Cesar to thank. He was very patient but very persistent with me! He showed great interest in my progress and got just as excited as I did, if not more, when I met a weight goal. I cannot tell you how many times I heard "I am so proud of you girl" and felt like he truly meant it! Above all that, I'm most thankful for the motivation and encouragement Cesar gave me on those 'hard to get to the gym days' (you know what I'm talking about...those days where you'd rather eat an entire large pizza and family size pack of Oreos...DON'T! It isn't worth it and Cesar will know, I don't know how he knows but he does!!). Anyway, sad to say, there are many of those days. I'd love to say the road to flaco (skinny) is bliss! It isn't, losing weight isn't always fun and it is never easy but Cesar always made it tolerable. Plus, the feeling of satisfaction (and how I looked in that bikini) was so worth every sweaty session that passed by! Cesar believed in me and I'm so glad he did! 45 pounds in 90 days. Those are my new numbers. Numbers that remind me that anything is possible if you set you mind and muscle to it! If you need inspiration, if you need motivation then I highly recommend Cesar to be your personal trainer. His heart truly lies in helping others becoming healthy and ultimately becoming happy in their own skin. He helped me! Plus, this guy has the knowledge and credibility to do so. A masters in Kineseology and he's certified, what a dude! Don't just look at results of others- get results and BE results! All possible with Cesar!
I would consider myself a rare breed. I have played sports my entire life and yet I do not like, enjoy, or find working out fun. Honestly I loved playing sports because I was able to make friends, be social and interact with people. Before I was pregnant with Logan I was active in working out, I still didn't like it, but I loved the results. Once I had Logan I didn't have the urge to workout. I had put so much weight on in my pregnancy that for some reason I couldn't motivate myself to workout. I just fell more in more into a dark place. It was not until my son was a year old that I finally had enough excuses and decided to return to the gym. I started going to the gym a few times a week. I would do some cardio but when it came to using machines I instantly became self-conscious. I would walk around looking for machines I knew how to use, I wouldn't use certain machines because I didn't know that correct form and I was embarrassed if I wasn't using it right. I had every intention of working out for an hour but would always leave before that. The gym for me became more and more depressing. I expressed to Cesar one night how upset I was and how I wish I could lose weight without working out. He told me he could write out a plan for me so when I was at the gym I wouldn't be lost. Although that sounded good, I knew I wouldn't push myself the way I would if he was there. The next day he calls "kris I have an idea. I know how you like to be social and interact with people, why don't you workout with one of my clients when I train them. You can workout, and also have conversations with them so you don't even realize how much work your doing." That was all I needed. Everyday I was excited to workout. I made friends, I was loosing weight and I got to get out of the house. Before training with Cesar I never understood why his clients would call him all the time. Why he would do endless research on types on injuries. Why he would get so excited over one good meal choice picture he would receive. How he remembered numerous birthdays. We would travel hours to watch his clients competitions. It wasn't till I started training with him that it all made sense. His clients weren't just clients, they were friends sometimes even like family. Some would come to our house for holidays, my sons birthday, my birthday. We would go to dinner, have deep conversations. This isn't a job for him, it's his passion and through his passion I gained my confidence back in myself. I became less worried about my weight, and more excited about training, I also gained great friends through my fitness journey When I started working out with Cesar my weight was 159.8 after two months I weighted 126.2. For me loosing the weight was just half the Journey and other half was being myself again.
I had been looking at getting a personal trainer for a long time, everyone that I talked to just gave me prices and that was it. Cesar was the only one who actually took the initiative to see what my goals were and was/is willing to work around my crazy schedule to make sure that we get our sessions in every week. He's very good at knowing when I need to be pushed and giving me motivation when I need it. Even though we only meet a few times a week I give him a lot of credit for how far I've come with my weight loss because without him I would have given up on myself already. I'm very excited to continue this journey and see how much farther Cesar can push me!
Kyle Deaver When I had partial open heart surgery in November of 2015 I was off work for a full month and on light duty until March 2016. Cesar Ponce from Soaring Eagle Fitness aided me not only in my recovery, but also put me on the right track to getting back into shape and living an all round healthier lifestyle. It wasn't just a simple work out plan written on a piece of paper. I received constant interaction through texts and emails about proper diet and exercise. Plus he helped build my workout plan to fit my needs and overall goals!
Kristi Cramer-Woods My 30th birthday was sneaking up on me quickly and I promised myself that I was going to live a healthier lifestyle and take better care of myself (something I had failed to do for several years prior). For me it wasn't about being 'skinny' or what my scale read, I just wanted to be a healthier Me and feel more comfortable in my own skin. I started eating better and exercising on my own and lost some weight but then became stagnant; I wasn't doing enough on my own and I just needed more motivation, someone to push me. I decided to 'invest' in myself and start working with a personal trainer, Cesar Ponce. I started training with Cesar in March of 2015 and was able to continue training with him up until September 2015. In a matter of 5-6 months I lost approximately 40-45lbs. The hardest part for me at first was actually 'showing up' to the gym. I was not comfortable working out around other people and felt very self conscious. Cesar really helped me get past that fear and continued to push and motivate me throughout our time training together. Due to some life changes in September 15' I had to stop training with Cesar for a 6-7 month period. This will now be my second time training with him as I was able to start back up this past year (2016) and am looking forward to what I can accomplish this go round. Cesar takes pride in what he does and I feel that it really shows in his interaction with his clients. He listens to his clients, is well educated/knowledgeable, and all around great to work with. He continues to work with me even with my crazy schedule and is always reliable, which I really appreciate. There is plenty more I could say about him but I really don't want to give him a bigger head than he already has. Those gym doors leading into the locker room are pretty narrow! (He also puts up with my bad jokes grumpy morning attitude). All joking aside, I think he is great and if you are needing a little push to better yourself I would highly recommend him.
Cesar Ponce (Myself) As I have previously stated I understand what it is like to struggle with weight issues and not be physically where I want to be. When my Fiance became pregnat I unknowingly joined her in putting on the baby weight. As a trainer for the past few years I knew better and where all the snacking would eventually lead to, naturally I packed on weight until I didnt recognize the man I saw in the mirror. After my son Logan was born I knew I had to stop being lazy and lose the baby weight. Practicing the same cardio, diet and training regimine I implement within my clients programs I was able to drop 61 lbs in 4 months while building muscle and obtaining a physique I could be proud of. I have always believed in practicing what you preach, so within my weight loss I did not enlist the use of any supplement sor any special products, this was done 100% through my training program and diet... well with the help of my Fiance cooking my meals. :)
I have trained with Cesar twice now.The first-round I personally wasn’t 100% committed to the program and had to stop due to a shoulder injury.Fast forward to May of 2016 and I hit my highest weight 370 pounds. That was my rock bottom I reached out to Cesar again and was fully committed to making the necessary changes to make this successful. He agreed to train me again and was able to recognize my strengths and weaknesses even making sure I didn’t do anything to re-injure my shoulder.Over the past few months I have been able to drop 40 pounds and have seen my strength and stamina increase.Cesar is able to customize a training plan that is challenging and varies between weights and interval training. If you are needing a personal trainer that will commit to you Cesar is the man.
I distinctly remember a very tiring day at work in Sept. 2015 when I decided to weigh myself. I knew I had gotten thicker but decided to accept whatever weight the scale read. I figured the scale doesn't lie and I was ready to face reality. As I stepped on the scale it went up, up, and up. I then saw the scale settle at 180 pounds. 180 pounds? Yes, 180!!!! I was at 180 pounds wearing a size 12 dress. I almost cried as I walked in my supervisor's office and was sooo upset with myself. At that moment I decided to start doing something about it..I took a moment, prayed, and started taking part of my health back. The next day I didn't go out and by a ton of healthy food. Instead, I began watching what I ate and counted calories religiously. I figured out how many calories my body needed to start losing up to two pounds a week. I was able to eat out but yet counted calories to make sure I didn't go over. I felt that depriving myself wasn't good but ate a bite of a cookie or donut and simply threw the rest in the trash. I didn't cheat too often as I relied on eating fruit instead of anything sweet. I gave up sweet tea or anything sweet because that was my addiction, sweets. My mindset was that I could eat an unhealthy food and be over weight OR eat something healthy and look good! When I looked at food this way the choices became easy. So from Sept 2015-through Sept 2016 I lost 30pounds! My very good friend K.W. told me I needed to start personal training with Cesar Ponce. K.W tells me nothing but good things that she likes about her trainer and to top it off, he has an MS in Kinesiology. When she told me the price my face dropped and I was hesitant. In my mind K.W. looks great but me personal training, I wasn't having it at first. Then, I realized that my body could use some toning and I should give it a try. So in Oct. 20I6, I began personal training with Cesar. He assessed my fitness goals and assured me I would do fine. There were times when I wanted to give up because it is definitely hard work. He highly recommended me to begin logging my foods and gave me advice on making even healthier choices. Cesar is very professional and has a passion for fitness. If I thought I wanted to pass out after doing a set, he simply says, you can do it Dre or Let's go Dre! I like that he adjusts the weights, reps to where you're body won't get used to a certain movement. His workouts are so unique that you never know what the focus will be until the day of. Then there's the positive energy he gives when he is ready to start sessions. I was looking forward to picking out a sexy dress for my birthday and another for Valentines Day!! I found two beautiful dresses but the one I liked the most was a blush pink body conscious (BodyCon) dress. I never would have thought I could wear a dress so form fitting but since working out with Cesar my dream came true! Week after week I'm steady losing inches and getting lean muscles. My whole body has really transformed. The best part is that it's only been four months and I see drastic results. I can't wait to continue personal training with Cesar because the best is yet to come. Needless to say, I'm now fitting a nice size 6 dress. Thanks Cesar! I can't thank you enough for your hard work and dedication you have given me to help me reach my fitness goals..Thanks K.W for your friendship..Thanks to my babe for being so loving and supportive!
Almost 3 years ago I wanted to lose a little extra weight. Before I joined the gym I was 45 lbs heavier than my norm. I was an athlete in high school, but was never into working out so this was a new scene for me and it was very intimidating. Around a year and a half ago I lost some of the extra weight and decided I wanted to be more lean and develop some muscle tone. Trying to do that on my own was not getting the job done. May of 2016 i needed an extra push before my vacation in July. I asked Cesar if he would train me and I told him what my goal was. Cesar cares about his clients and truly wants to help them reach their goal. His Encouragement everyday and Motivating you every step of the way reminds you to NEVER give up on your Goal. I'm so close to my goal and very happy with my results thus far. When you have someone in your corner reminding you to eat healthier, run that extra mile, give me 5 more reps and consistently pushing you to do better. It can make a world of a difference. Strive for more and Challenge your limitations. Its a long journey, but it's well WORTH IT!
Cesar Ponce is the real deal. He has pushed me to my limits while being mindful of my injury and is always aware when I may be struggling with my back. I had previously injured my back before training with Cesar, I herniated 3 disks within my lumbar and sacral spine. In order to heal my back, a fusion along with pins and screws had to be inserted. This was my main concern when choosing to start with a trainer. Cesar reassured me we would not only get my extra weight off but make my back stronger. I began at 225 lbs., before becoming pregnant I got down to 161 LBS, a total of 64 LBS lost with Cesar. Best of all, recently upon a check up on my back the Doctor declared my back strong enough to finally remove the pins and screws from my back. I couldn’t have made it this far without him, I know post pregnancy Cesar will get me back to where I want to be. If you are looking for a trainer, Cesar from Soaring Eagle Fitness will do everything he can to help reach your goals.
The picture on the left is me at my heaviest, I'd say it's around 4 years ago. I decided to make a change. So I looked into fitness and joined a cool group of friends that helped to motivate and inspire me. Recently this year, my good friend Cesar told me he was starting an online program for strength and conditioning. I was new to the whole "conditioning" part seeing as how I had trained strength before that. Soaring Eagle Fitness began writing me cardio programming that were incredibly difficult at first, but I've seen so much improvement in my endurance and overall cardio, surprisingly not losing any of my strength from before. The current picture is me after 100 days with Soaring Eagle, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to up their cardio game or even just to lose some weight. I can't thank Cesar enough!
I had a handsome little boy named Daxton 18 months ago. He is the best thing that has ever happened to me, except for the fact I gained over 90lbs in my pregnancy. I tried to start dieting right after I had him, however I chose to breastfeed Daxton and it literally seemed like anytime I would diet my milk supply would suffer. After Daxton turned 6 months, (Picture on the left), I stopped making excuses and got back in the gym and I started working out 3 days a week at the least. One of my best friends/ workout partner asked me to start training classes with her 3 days a week. On March 5th we started training with Cesar. He immediately had me start logging all my meals and workouts. You honestly may think you know what your intaking calorie wise but you don't unless you're logging it. I have lost a total of 40lbs Since I have started training with Cesar. He gives you that extra push, makes you run that extra mile even when you feel like you can't. I am stronger and healthier. And there is still more to go on this fitness journey of mine. To be continued..
First, I'd like to start out by saying a huge thank you to Soaring Eagle Fitness for providing an amazing online program that truly made this happen! It's awesome to see someone so inspired and set on bringing great change and happiness to others.
All during high school I wanted to work out and be fit, cause honestly, I thought it was the thing to do. I wanted to change for others, in order to bring more appeal and fit in more. I never put in the effort I should've, and also never seeing the results I wanted so I always quit. Later I realized I should be comfortable with who I am, and my body and all that. Honestly, still never felt comfortable with how I looked and still to this day can't say I'm 100% comfortable with my body and how I look. I finally realized I should be doing this, for my own benefit. For my own appeal. The thought of having a future family, and very well not being there to support them due to my health was one of my biggest eye openers.
Again, with the help of Cesar and his amazing passion in what he does, and the help of Artie Paden for sticking through it all and being patient with my growth. I can honestly say I'm the healthiest, happiest, and most determined I have ever been. And it's thanks to these two guys.
If you have the thought of wanting to be healthier and be active, and be fit. Do it with everything you have, and I promise you won't regret it. Always remember it's a process, and a factor of time, so be patient. It's also a process you don't have to go through alone, or should ever feel like you have to. With all that being said, love yourself, no matter the shape and size, you're an amazing individual with the ability to grow and become what you want in life. Never forget that.
THE DREADED red shirt. The shirt I used to wear to pictures, functions, etc. because it was the only thing that I thought didn't make me look as big as I was. Until I looked back at the pictures, I couldn't believe the girl that was once 110 pounds had a double chin, hard to breathe hard when I went up stairs, suffered doing every day activities. I blamed it on having a kid. Maybe one day I'll get back to normal right? No.... she's two..... no longer an excuse. Until I woke up May 11, and I weighed myself for the first time in forever. I saw a number I had never seen. Felt defeated. My anxiety was at an all time high. A complete emotional wreck. I said it's time to make a change. After months of making excuses "I don't have the time" "I don't have a sitter" "I don't have the money." I realized..... MAKE TIME. FIND THE MONEY. GET A SITTER. Because living unhealthy LIMITS the things I can do as a mother. It LIMITS the things I'm capable of physically and mentally. I found Cesar, who was not only EXTREMELY affordable, but had the best reviews in town! I thought well hey, I might faint on the floor the first day, but I gotta stick with this. So I paid for a month, thinking I have to stick with it IF I already paid right? Then the first day came, he texts to let us know we need to be there by 6:00 am. I'm thinking 6?!?!? What will I do with Presley? I have to work at 8! And I'm not a morning person!!!!! He says "bring Presley! There's a spot for the kiddos!" I'll make sure you're outta here by 7!" And I'm like this is it. No excuses. So I show up, cesar trains MULTIPLE PEOPLE guys, keep this in mind. Yet he KNOWS and understands that every person is different. He evaluated me, realized how far to push me without me being to my breaking point. And the first few words he ever said to me were "1-10... always tell me how you feel. We never wanna make it past a 10, okay." And I immediately knew he was the right trainer for me. We worked, we pushed hard, sweat, racing heart, laying in the floor until I had to leave for work, but I did it guys! I got below the FIRST goal I ever had. I DID IT! If I can do it, so can you. We're talkin to the girl who can't turn down the reeses that they put out on holidays. Lol. Honestly, if you're looking to better your health, to lose weight, to shape up, to just have a better mental clarity, if I can get off my anxiety medicine I took for 2 YEARS, ANY ONE can. I never missed a pill In 2 whole years. Cesar, you changed my life my dude! Worth every early morning, (we also do some evenings for those of you with your excuses ready), worth every penny, worth the sweat, because I am happy in my own skin. And that is what life is truly about. Message him. Ask questions. Don't be afraid! Or message me! I'll guide ya in the right direction.
My body before having children, thats what I would think about everytime I saw my reflection. For a long period of time I felt disgusted to see my reflection. I hated putting on clothes and I hated shopping. The girl who used to love herself and was confident everywere she went was no longer living inside of me, to say I was in a bit of a depression is an understatment. I wanted my "old" body, but I wasn't comfortable with the way I looked, the thought of stepping into a gym and being judged was scary. If I thought I looked bad what would everyone else say? Would they make fun of me? Cesar is one of my best friends and he insisted I try out one of his online programs, I was to scared to enter the gym to train with him in person. Also The money I would have to pay to daycare to watch my children while I worked out as well as the price of the membership and trainer was another fear. In my first month of his online program I lost 13 lbs! I felt great! I was getting back to my old self, I knew I would have even better results training in person with Cesar. I spoke with him and told him about the issues with child care and my fear of the gym itself. he told me about his private room for the clients of Soaring Eagle Fitness and I was sold, it was all the motivation I needed. They have everything you need to get in shape and their trainers are the best.
I brought my daughter in on days that I didn't have a sitter. He made me feel comfortable and helped me to eat heathy. I learned how to do movements properly and even became addicted to the gym, yes the girl whom was afraid and intimidated to exercise had now became addicted to the gym! I began loving the feeling of soreness and was confident in lifting weights by myself, I knew Cesar had taught me the proper forms.
I thought I would hate working out, but now it's become a distraction from life. I'm back to feeling proud of myself and loving myself, I even enter the gym by myself and exercise alone at times. The happiness and confidence the Soaring Eagle Fitness trainers have brought to my life is priceless, I am so thankful for Cesar and Soaring Eagle!
The best feeling in the world is reading these kind words from the people I train and come to love. It is the most rewarding feeling in the world, thank you Joanie for all your hard work, cant wait to see our future progress! “I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life. As a kid I was always the chunky one and as an adult I tried every fad diet or pill on the market. In my mind I never had time to exercise. In February 2016 at my highest weight I decided to have weight loss surgery. I lost close to 100 lbs in less than a year but knew I needed to get active or it wouldn’t work long term. In April of 2017 I joined champions and at the recommendation of someone started working with Cesar. I had never worked out and wanted to learn the right way and maximize my time spent at the gym. From the first day with cesar he never made me feel inferior and celebrated my every little success. He coached me through my fears, disappointments, and every time I wanted to quit. I looked forward to every workout knowing he would be there with a great big smile, a fist bump, a corny phrase, and a workout detailed just for me and my skill level. I’ve lost 25 more lbs plus countless inches. But I’ve come to realize that this is so much more than a number on a scale. It’s how I felt the first time I flipped the tractor tire, or the first time I did a box jump (still working on the real box), or the first time I boxed with Cesar...which is still my all time favorite. I’m amazed at the things I’ve learned how to do and have gained self confidence along the way. Cesar’s not only taught me how to do the perfect squat he’s taught me to believe in myself and has pushed me farther than I ever thought possible. I’ve still got a ways to go but I’ve never regretted a day of this journey and can’t wait to keep going. Thank you cesar for all you do!!! “
Okay so I would like to take a moment to share my fitness journey with you all.** When I graduated college I found myself on my senior trip with my beautiful best friends, not feeling as confident with my physique as I normally would have. I found that the last few months of senior year I had put on 9-11 pounds due to the stress of exams, graduation, change, and the unknown. I have always been pretty fit and always very dedicated to my fitness routine so this weight gain was upsetting for me. I knew I was not “fat” but I knew I was not as fit as I once was and it upset me tremendously. I remember asking my mom if I could get “cool sculpting” or some sort of ‘easy fix’ because it really really bothered me. I did not feel myself, and I was almost ashamed of my body (which I know is dramatic, but it’s how I truly felt). After my mom denied my request for cool sculpting she recommended I see a personal trainer, even if I just tried it for a month or two before we “looked further into cool sculpting” she said trying to detour me from the idea wholly. I then did research and ran across great reviews with Soaring Eagle Fitness. I proceeded to get in touch with the SEF owner Cesar Ponce and I told him the amount of weight I gained, how it made me feel, and how much I would like to lose to gain my confidence back. He listened and he helped me through my self-image struggle by constantly coaching me mentally and physically through each personal training session. After training for approximately 6 weeks I noticed major changes with my physique. I noticed my abs coming in and my cellulite around my glutes and hamstrings were becoming less noticeable. I then noticed my arms were thinning down and becoming more define (which was really important to me because that also bugged me A LOT). I finally started gaining confidence and the want to be at the gym and spend time working on myself. After about 3 1/2 months of training with him I realized I had lost the weight I once gained plus some additional lbs coincided with more definition throughout my entire body. I started running 5-7 miles a day and got back into my passion for the gym and cardio. I love the gym—it’s my happy place, my play ground, my ‘getaway’. The gym is the place I go to get away from stress or get things off my mind when I feel overwhelmed. When I gained that weight I stopped going to the gym for 2 months because it was a reminder to me that I had been defeated. NOW ~ I am very thankful Cesar helped me mentally and physically through this journey and I could not be more genuinely happy to be back in the gym and working on myself. I am more confident in myself, and ~trust me~ I have more progress I would like to make, but I am thankful for his professionalism and his dedication to me and the rest of his clientele for getting us one step closer to where we want to be! I now weigh 132 and when I started I weighed 146. I hope to get to 125 and I know with his help and the skills he portrays I will reach my ultimate goal. Thank you again Cesar, you are amazing!💪🏽👊🏼🤩
For anyone that knows me, knows that I have always been self conscious about my body image. I’m not the type to normally upload pictures that show any part of my body! However, over the past year I think it’s safe to say I have changed more then I have ever imagined! My body went through pregnancy, the loss of a child, and anxiety. Overall, I have learned so many lessons about life.
Yes, I have more stretch marks then ever before, and I’m not as small as I use to be! However, I am happier then I have ever been!
I am mentally and physically stronger then I have ever been before! I am not where I want to be, but I will continue to work to get there!!A HUGE shoutout to Cesar Ponce! He has been training me three times a week since I have been back from my pregnancy. I would of never made it this far without him! I’m not going to lie, most of his workouts almost kill me!! 😂 But I know he only pushes me because he knows what I am capable of!! I’m forever thankful for him! Go check out Soaring Eagle Fitness! 🦅
It doesn’t matter what people think of you! Worry about making yourself happy in your own skin!! You are truly beautiful just the way you are!!
Cesar Ponce is a great trainer and a great person. As I started training with him I personally hated cardio and was very out of shape. In 3 weeks he got me in shape and also turned me into a fan of cardio.
One day Cesar asked me to come to his 5AM group class and to try it out, from there on I was hooked. His training is no joke, he pushes you to your limits while helping you through the journey. Soaring Eagle Fitness is awesome and changed my life in many positive ways!
When I first started training with Cesar I weighed 212lbs and wasn’t very explosive and active at all! Two months into training with Cesar I weigh 194lbs and feel better than ever. My deadlift went from 410 lbs to 460lbs and I feel more explosive than ever before. I am a baseball player and Cesar’s training program helped me out a ton I feel much more explosive, active, and definitely in way better shape than the past.
Soaring Eagle Fitness is the best thing that has ever happened to me and I highly suggest it to anyone of any age!
People ask all the time why I get up so early to go to the gym. This is why. This is my transformation from December 12 to May 4. I’m far from done, but these photos are proof that I’m headed in the right direction. 💪🏼👊🏼
Well friends, I never thought I’d do this, and I didn’t realize how much 25 pounds made a difference, but one year and three months and 25 pounds later, here I am. I haven’t just lost weight, but I’ve gained so much confidence and feel so comfortable in my own skin! I feel better than I ever have, but I’ve also strengthened my injured body in ways I could never have dream of. And this is all thanks to Cesar Ponce and Soaring Eagle Fitness 🦅💪🏼💜 🏃🏼♀️I hurt my knee two years ago and since then it’s given me trouble when I do a lot of up and downhill things. A year ago, I went to Branson with my family, and my knee was killing me at Silver Dollar City and for weeks after like it did when I originally hurt it. This summer, I went to two theme parks (one was Silver Dollar City) and I had ZERO trouble or pain!! Talk about a win!!🏆 🏋🏼♀️I was never a gym person, but the privacy of the Soaring Eagle Fitness room at Champion has helped me start taking care of my body and helped me get to where I am and it’s only going to get better from here!🚀🌟
Cesar Ponce’s knowledge, expertise and passion for fitness has helped me tremendously in achieving my personal goals. First, I needed to lose weight and mass. I was sick of being average! After a few months of training and advice from Cesar I was already starting to see awesome results. Cesar gave me a roadmap, and what I loved about it was that it was something I could actually follow. Once I found a rhythm in my diet and fitness training, I stuck with it for about a year on my own. The awesome thing about Cesar is that he programs you to be able to do it on you own, and then he’s right back there when your ready to take the next step! Well… after some time lifting and eating correct I sure did get the look I was going for. Now it was time to tone… Cesar was right back there for me with a full new program, and this time my goal was the “shredded look”. After 3-4 months of working with Cesar on the second phase of my transformation, I really had achieved the look I was going for! This changed my life! I now have the confidence, energy and health habits that I never thought possible. Although I am not one of his most dedicated clients, he truly made me feel like one. My new look is incredible! Thank you Cesar!
