I do not label myself as an expert, as the field of fitness is ever changing. I do however take pride in staying up to date with all the newest trends and literature within the fitness world. If there is a new fad or diet, chances are 99% of the time I can answer all your questions on the current trend. If I cant answer your question I will do my best to find the answer or find someone who can give us the answer.
Through my years of training I have found there to not be one specific training system to reach results desired, but rather that every persons body is different. It is my job to ensure we find what works best for you and your fitness goals. The body is constant artwork in progress, you are the artist and I am simply your teacher guiding you to create the best piece of work possible.
I have always loved the field of fitness, I love sports and continue to be active to this day. From my sophomore year of high school through my senior year of college I competed in the sport of wrestling. Upon completion of my Bachelors I continued college and eventually obtained my Masters in Kinesiology. I am a firm believer in not just exercising the body, but the mind as well. I don't coach to simply make a living, I train so that I may make a positive impact on someone's life. I know what it is like to struggle with self-esteem issues, to be overweight, to not be where you want to physically be. I was not fortunate enough to be born with good genes as I am sure many of you can relate, my programs are made so the everyday person like ourseleves can be healthier and live a happier life while not risking injury or taking to much time away from our busy lives. I completely understand busy schedules, as mentioned before I wrestled while finishing school, while taking care of my son and then girlfriend (now she is finally my Fiance), all while finding that 45 minute gap to go into the gym and get that workout to feel happy about my physique. What I am saying is I know all the reasons it is hard to start and continue an active healthy lifestyle, believe me the way you feel after a good workout is ten times better than any excuse to not start. Lets begin the transformation and create a better you!
