I embarked on this weight loss journey at 241.8 Lbs on August 7th, now 23 days later I am at 226.6 Lbs.
I haven't used any supplements, I work out 5 days a week, 90% of my workouts are 20-30 minutes and I don't do extra cardio.
Im eat carbs and am not on a specific diet. Ive had a few cheat meals (6) in this time period.
Im not at my goal yet but am closer than I was yesterday.
I follow every nutritional guideline I give my clients and the exercise program I follow is structured similar to my clients programs.
Its tough but the end goal is worth it.
