It seems like every movement has 1000 different names. What I call a movement may be different than what your used to. Here is an archive of all the movements within your program, be sure to study the movements and key points to ensure we perform every move safe and correct. Remember, never sacrifice form for weight or speed. Proper form is the key to getting you results, it is also whats going to keep you from an injury.
