They are everywhere in Gyms, you know those people who claim to know the ins and outs of fitness. Most the time we believe them and it ends up not being true.
Just because someone looks straight out of a fitness magazine doesn't mean all their methods and training advice are fact.
So the problem then is how do we know if someone is feeding us "bro facts" or if their fitness advice is legit?
